Wells Family Fund

The Wells family has a long history with The Minneapolis Foundation. Generations of Wells family members established donor advised funds to support individual areas of interest. Fred B. Wells established the Wells Family Fund as an advised field of interest fund of The Minneapolis Foundation in 1997. The assets of the fund now total more than $3.5 million.

To date, the Fund has made grants totaling more than $4 million to organizations that support programs focused on children, youth and families.
