Policy and Systems Change

The Minneapolis Foundation's Community Grants support systems change and policy efforts -- rather than direct service -- in order to serve the greatest number of people and have long-term impact.

Sample activities may include:

  • public policy advocacy
  • public awareness
  • community organizing
  • interagency collaboration
  • governmental system reform

All proposals must be for systems or policy work in order to be considered for funding by The Minneapolis Foundation. We're happy to help you determine if your work meets these criteria.
